• Value Engineering Proposals

  • VE Proposals are initiated and brainstormed by the Project Team.

  • Ideal VEPs do not merely reduce scope or program, but reflect alternative means, methods or products which are less costly, durable or time intensive.

• Time, Quality and Money Impacts

  • Provide Time, Quality and Cost impacts for accepted VE Concepts.

  • Owner and Architect must approve accepted VEPs and Architect must incorporate changes to the Construction Documents.  AE would normally be paid for revised Documents to incorporate changes.
